The training “Foreman Lashing & Securing” is tailor-made for employees that will have to lead a group of lashers.
The candidates will be selected out of a group of experienced lashers and have to be trained to support their co-workers in their activities.
During the training-path next subjects will be studied in depth: legal and other regulations, the forces that apply on the load during the transportation, the calculation of these forces and the lashing factors, reading and interpretation of cargo load-plans and the reporting of the activities.
The candidates have to have sufficient experience as a professional lasher to perform their tasks perfectly.
They need to possess the needed authority to lead a group of colleagues.
Their attitude has to be especially group and safety driven.
The training will last between 10 and 30 days, depending on the level of the candidates and the needed performance.
The traininig wil be executed at the customer’s facilities.
